Hej hej!!

Uppgift 2)

Corinne var en mycket stark och självständig person innan hon träffade Lketinga. Han drev en egen affär och kämpade på för att få livet att utveckla sig till det bästa.
När hon träffade Lketinga för första gången så blev hon förälskad i första ögonkastet och bestämde sig att lämna att hon kämpat för i sitt hemland Schweiz.
Under bokens gång blir Lketinga mer och mer svartsjuk på Corinne och de leder till många gräl dagligen till sist. Efter att han ett flertal gånger sagt att hon varit otrogen, att deras dotter inte är hans och till och med inte hennes så blir det för mycket för Corinne och hon flyr Kenya.
Den starka kärleken som styrt hennes resa genom Kenya tog till sist slut och hon vaknade upp ur sina fantasier. De kulturkrockar som skedde dem i mellan blev för påfrestande och hon kände att hon skulle dö om hon stannade kvar i Kenya.
Lketinga blev som besatt av att tro att Corinne ar otrogen att de drev deras förhållande till ett...

Hej hopp...

Först och främst så vill jag förklara varför jag skriver in så många sidor. Jag har varit ledig från praktiken i två dagar och har legat och läst och varit helt inne i boken hela dagarna så jag har inte hunnit skriva i bloggis. Hoppas du förstår att när man har en så gripande bok som min så är det svårt att släppa den.
Hur som hels här kommer uppgifterna:

1)
"Avsked och uppbrott"

Direkt när Corinne kommer till Schweiz så börjar hon avveckla sitt gamla liv och säljer sin affär mm. Men tiden går och hon får fortfarande inga svar från sin älskade Lketinga. Corinne skriver till Priscilla och hon svarar efter två veckor och säger att hon inte vet vart han är. Efter ca två månader så reser Corinne tillbaka till Mombasa och hon vet inte om hon ska skratta eller gråta.

"Mitt nya hemland"

När Corinne kommer till Mombasa så möter Priscilla upp henne och hon är överlycklig att träffa henne igen. Men Lketinga vet hon inte vart han är någon stans...

Hej hej nu börjar vi om på nytt igen...

Boken "Den vita massajen" handlar om en kvinna, Corinne, som reser ner på semester med sin sambo, Marco till Kenya. När de kommer ner så märker Corinne att det här stället kommer hon att älska men hon börjar redan irritera sig på sin sambo illa nog. En kväll när de är ute på en liten tur och tar båten över till där bussarna ska gå hem till hotellet så ser Corinne en underbart vacker massaj som hon blir helt förälskad i första ögon kastet i. När de går av båten så försvinner han, då inser de att de inte finns några chartrade bussar kvar som ska gå till deras hotell och men helt plötsligt dyker massajen upp igen och är vänlig nog att hjälpa dem så han visar de en Mataru, ett kommunalt färdmedel en minibuss, de tackar så jätte mycket och kommer hem ordentligt till hotellet.
Det enda Corinne kan tänka på nu är hennes underbara massaj, hon letar hela tiden efter honom och en kväll hittar hon honom igen och han slår sig ned...

Personal opinion of the book

I thought reading an English book would be difficult but it turned out not to bee that case. In fact it was so good that I had a hard time laying down the book and write in "Bloggis". I don't know really why it was that way but some times I felt like it was easier to read this book then a Swedish book.
The book was about this boy who wakes up in a field and has no memory left of his life before. But he want give up to find his old life even though he realize that he is deed and he trays so hard that he almost dies again some times but his hard work seems to make up after all and he returns to the land of the livings.

You didn't know what was going too happened any time in the book that was one reason why it was good. And another one was that I have never reed a book in English like this one and the first time is always the most exiting.
I would like to give this book a five out of five because it had a good story, it wasn't very very...

And with that certainty came the memory of why he was doing all this, of what it was that had made him set out on his search for the Palace of Remembrance in the first place. He had wanted to get back to the land of the living so that he could see that splitting up was not for the best, that it was a terrible mistake, like dropping off a ladder onto a cold stone floor when you could be climbing upwards towards the light. He turned back to the wall, took hold of the next rung and resumed his climb."

This was the first time Jacob felt like giving up all his hope but the thought of his parents made him going and he got to his palace tanks to that. He did not give in and let the darkness take him over and let him die ones more, he took his last strength and climbed and got to the top and their the palace was with Virgil and the king and queen. This part shows that just memories of some happy thing can be your only...

This part was easy to pick because it describes that Jacob is not scared to say and show his feelings. And when he realised that the Dedanims was nothing for him, he sad so and decided to leave. The strong will to not stop searching for his place had come back and was not willing to give it up so easily. When he had fought the leader for a while with words they suddenly disappeared and Jacob woke up and noticed that it all had been a dream, but Toby and Aysha had had the same dream as well so it must have meant some thing. But Jacob fought it and got true another step to get nearer his goal.

"For a moment his mind dwelled on the Palace of Remembrance, the promises at the heart of the story that the king and queen could give you back all you had lost. Then he pushed the thought away. It was a story for children. He addressed the leader of the Dedanim: - We'd be honoured to come with you, he said."

I picked this part of the text because it was the best description of Jacob as a person. Jacob has such a strong will, he won’t give up his dreams. He got sad when the leader of the Dedanim sad the place that they had been searching for didn't exist. The books main thing is that Jacob tries to escape from Lucas and when they had got a dream to find this place that the other ones talked about, it had given Jacob hope again. Now it they took it away from him again.
But this time it was in another way, because it feels like Jacob had gowned up bit because he saw the light in the sad news, that he didn't do the last time, he just hated everyone.

"Making contact"

For some reason the first thing Jacob wanted to do was telling Aysha about it, maybe it was because he felt sad for her, he had just left her crying. The problem was how could he find her? He thought he could find her in the dinging hall maybe, but it was more difficult as he thought. Everyone looked the same and it was so many children. He started to look for her but he couldn't even remember witch tables he had looked at. But after he while he spot her.
He asked how she was and sad sorry that he just left the last time. Aysha sad it was okay and Jacob sad that he had been thinking of what she sad and he believed she was right. Then he explanted about the memory Toby had had. Aysha got very excited and wanted to Jacob to take her to Toby.
Toby explanted everything and Aysha wanted to know every tiny detail. But it was one problem with Toby’s memory, he didn't remember if the séance had been successful or not.
But how ever they decided that they were going to do it...
